Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 306–Constitution of offence–Mere harassment without any positive action on the part of accused proximate to the time of occurrence which led to the suicide would not amount to an offence u/s. 306–No other material on record except the harassment by respondent nos. 2 & 4–High Court did not commit any error in allowing their criminal revision.
