Eviction–Order of–Sustainability–Shop was allotted to appellant to earn her livelihood–Ground of respondent that the rent was not paid by the appellant and the shop is in dilapidated condition–Appellant placed on record the fitness certificate issued by the Architect & Engineer–Ground of dilapidated condition is found an afterthought to some how seek eviction of appellant–Further, the ground that the shop will utilized for construction of bus stand is also an attempt to somehow oppose the relief claimed by the appellant–Appellant is a widow lady and she is to maintain her children and earn her livelihood–She should be given the opportunity to deposit the rent–Directed accordingly.
