Motor Accident Claims–Compensation–Enhancement–Appellant sustained nine injuries, out of them, seven were grievous in nature and she had to undergo under two surgeries which left her disabled from doing housework and walk without the aid of crutches–32% disability–Tribunal assessed the disability 15% –Held, amount of Rs. 2,12,160/- is enhanced by treating the disability 32%.
