Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 482 & 173–High Court quashed the entire criminal proceeding including the final report submitted by Investigation Officer–Justification–High Court has not even observed anything on merits of the final report and solely relied upon the statements of counsel for accused–Final report is making prima facie case against the accuseds–Impugned judgment passed by High Court is liable to be quashed and set aside.
