Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 19–Order of granting the prosecution sanction–Sustainability–While granting the sanction, concerned authority is to apply his own mind by taking into consideration all the relevant facts and material placed before it–Impugned order is ad-verbatim the same to the draft sent by the Anti Corruption Bureau–Prosecution sanction lacks the application of mind by the concerned authority–It is liable to be declared illegal–Quashed and set aside with the liberty of granting the prosecution sanction in accordance with law.
