General Rules (Civil) 1986–Rule 181–Application for giving the original documents for the purpose of the investigation–Dismissed by Court below as Rule 181 requires the order of High Court in regard to issuance of such record–Held, Presiding Officer of Court should bring such matter to the notice of High Court to take the order on the subject–Due to dismissal of application, this Court is being flooded by such petitions–Order quashed and directed to hand over the original documents subject to certain conditions.
