Partition–Nature of–A partition is one thing and separate possession of the joint properties by the co-owners for convenience of possession is another–Such amicable arrangement for separate possession for convenience of the co-owners by itself cannot stand in the way of a decree of the partition so long as it is not found that it was in conformity with the shares of respective parties.
