Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 3(viii)–Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959–Sec. 20–Exemption granted to respondent-trust is challenged by way of instant writ petition with further prayer of setting aside it’s registration–Exemption granted in a particular case to a particular trust may be subjected to challenge in that case–However, petitioner is granted the liberty to file the Appeal u/s. 20 of the Act of 1959 by condoning the delay of 9 years.
