Criminal Trial–Dying declaration–Not recorded in question-answer form–Effect–If it is found trustworthy, there would be no reason to discard it–Though the question-answer form is a more appropriate method, however, that would not mean that if such a statement otherwise meets all the requirements of Sec. 32 and found to be worthy of credence, would be rejected on this ground.
