Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Unoccupied Govt. Land for Schools, Colleges, Dispensaries, Dharamshalas & Other Public Utility Buildings) Rules, 1963–Allotment of land for school playground–RAA confirmed the order–BOR reversed the order–Justification–Land was shown in revenue record as Barani Soyam–As per conditions indicated in rules, it was available for allotment–Nadi and catchment was on the southern side of khasra where as the land of north side of khasra was allotted–Further, BOR set aside the order without mentioning any deficiency in the order of RAA–Held, order passed by BOR cannot be sustained.
