Sec. 5–Application for setting aside the ex-parte decree–Dismissed–Decree was passed due to default of lawyer–Summons were properly served–Appellants failed to show the reasons as to why they were prevented to appear before the Court in spite of service of notice–Further, the application for setting side was filed when the decree was sought to be executed–Held, no interference is required in the impugned findings of Courts below.
