Representation of Peoples Act, 1951–Sec. 83–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Election petition–Application for rejection of petition–Petition was filed on the ground of certain omissions and defects in nomination papers–Omission alleged is not at all a wrongful act violating the right of petitioner or any law–Statutory proforma was filed in view of its requirements–Ground of petitioner that the respondent struck off all the columns in affidavit with mentioning not applicable, also cannot be accepted–Further, cause of action disclosed in petition is not a cause of action and whatever effort is made to agitate the cause is absolutely vexatious, illusory and meaningless–Application under Order 7, Rule 11 deserves to be allowed.
