Permanent Injunction & Declaration of Title–Suit for–Dismissal of–Plaintiff failed to produce the agreement of sale or its secondary evidence by which he claimed that he purchased the suit land–Further, neither the agreement was registered nor the money transaction was proved by producing the written receipts–Application dated 29.08.1966 on which the Tehsildar issued the patta, was not proved by the cogent evidence–Signatures over the application are also disputed–Further, the patta was cancelled by Collector in inquiry–Plaintiff miserably failed to prove his possession over the property–
Held, suit was rightly dismissed.
