Sec. 151–Order of maintaining status quo–Plea of the appellant that the suit filed at the behest of plaintiffs is not maintainable, therefore, the plaintiffs are not entitled for any interim relief–Appellant transferred the property in the capacity of power of attorney holder–He is just an agent appointed/authorized to facilitate the process of sale/transfer–He cannot seek any right qua the ownership and he cannot be said to be affected by the order in any manner because the status quo is only as regards to revenue record of the property–Interference declined.
