Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 9–Scope–If either husband or the wife without reasonable excuse, withdraws from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may move for restitution of conjugal rights and upon being satisfied with regard to the truthfulness of the statements made, the Court
may order accordingly.
