Stamp Act, 1899–Secs. 35 & 38(2)–Scope–Single Bench judgment in LRs. of Deep Chand 2015 (2) WLC (Raj.) 106 and the Full Bench judgment of M. P. High Court in Balkrishna Bihari Lal AIR 1970 M.P. 74 shall prevail as the course of action they have required the Courts to follow is in conformity with the relevant provisions of the Stamp Act.
