Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 482–Scope for exercising the powers–Held, if there is a specific provision in the Code, the inherent powers cannot be restored unless there is a gross abuse of the process of the Court or it is otherwise expedient in the interest of justice to exercise these to secure the ends of justice.
