Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Rule 18–Scope–If a prisoner has committed any breach of conditions or overstayed his sanctioned parole, he should not be left on parole in the future unless the Superintendent of Jail is fully satisfied that he will not commit any breach of condition in future.
