Order was set aside by BOR–Appreciation of–Agreement which was alleged to be executed is not duly registered and does not conspire confidence–petitioners cannot claim any right against the recorded khatedars of land–If the alleged agreement was executed in Svt. 2025, petitioners were required to take appropriate proceedings for change in revenue record–Held, BOR rightly set aside the order of granting temporary injunction.
