Criminal Trial–Recovery of weapon–Reliability–Incident was occurred on 06.06.90–Appellant M was arrested on 26.06.1990 and lathi was recovered at his instance on 27.07.1990 from his house–It is difficult to believe that the lathi allegedly used by him was hidden in the house for more than one and half month–Recovery does not inspire confidence.
