Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 63(viii)–Passport Act, 1967–Sec. 3–Section 3 of Passport Act does not use the term migrates–Scope of term deport than to migrate is quite different–Provisions of Sec. 63(viii) cannot be applied ipse dixit by taking into the conviction u/s. 3 r/w. 6 of Act of 1967.
