Indian Succession Act, 1925–Secs. 82, 84 to 87–Suit for possession mesne profit–Suit dismissed but High Court decreed the suit–Defendant-appellant claimed the bsolute title on the basis of Will–First part of Will absolutely proved right of sale and gift, etc. to ‘CA’ & ‘CR’ daughters but in second part some restrictions imposed–Latter part of Will is redundant–Held, High Court has committed error in decreeing the suit and set aside.
