Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 406, 504, 506 & 120-B–FIR for the offence–Prayer for quashing–Acceptability –Initial agreement was executed between the parties–Its conditions were changed by the accused with dishonest and fraudulent intention–Complainant was threatened, intimidated, and arm-twisted–No stipulation that the terms and conditions of the agreement could be changed in the mid-way–Allegations discloses that if the complainant would have been aware of the dishonest connivance of the accused-persons, he would not have supplied the machinery–After the supply of the machinery, the original agreement was superseded by a subsequent agreement which certainly had the effect to cause harm to the complainant at least in property and mind–No case is made out for quashing the FIR.
