Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Secs. 19(9) & 21–Application for remand of matter for summoning the witness for cross-examination–View of appellate Tribunal that the application will be disposed alongwith the judgment of appeal–Again, Appellate Tribunal noted that the petitioner was seeking the separate disposal of application and observed that the order already passed would not adversely affect the rights of petitioner–Provision is enabling in nature–Any of party cannot seek the remand on the basis availability of circumstances–Appellant is required to make out a case in the memo of appeal/during course of arguments for invoking the provision–No interference is required in the impugned order.
