Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 123–Revocation of gift deed executed earlier–Suit against–Decreed–Execution of gift deed and attestation by two witnesses is not in dispute–Donee accepted the gift–Recitals in the gift deed also proved transfer of absolute title in the gifted property from the donor to donee–Only the right to use the property during the life time of the donor which does not in a way affect the transfer of ownership in favour of the donee by donor–Held, will could not have been revoked.
