Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 212–During the pendency of order of status quo, respondents filed the application for granting the permission for taking the electricity connection–Allowed–Prayer of petitioners that if the Appellate Court decides the appeal in their favour, then the electricity connection should be allowed to be transferred subject to requisite formalities–Order Modified accordingly.
