Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 14–Application for production of certain documents was rejected on the ground that the amendment application has been rejected–In one hand the Court below permitted evidence to be led but on other hand the application was rejected–Justification–Once the Court had permitted the petitioner to lead evidence, it ought not to have rejected the application–Application deserves to be allowed.
