Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/34, 392 & 201–Conviction Sustainability–Except the disclosure statements of appellant, nothing is available on record to suggest his involvement–Result of chance prints recovered from the vehicle cannot be treated as substantive piece of evidence without its corroboration–Further, the prosecution failed to prove that the chance prints were prepared on the spot and were sent immediately to FSL–Chain of circumstances is not complete–Appellant is entitled to be acquitted.
