Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 376 & 506–FIR for the offence–Sustainability–Instant FIR was lodged after closure of earlier FIR and after issuance of public notice by the father of prosecutrix–Conduct of prosecutrix shows that she was the consented party and she herself left her house along with Rs. 50,000/- of her family–Conduct of no protest by her for the different acts including the movement, entering into a marriage with petitioner and getting the marriage registered–FIR would lead to miscarriage of justice–Quashed.
