Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/201 & 120-B–Order of taking cognizance–Appreciation of–FR submitted by police–Statements of witnesses were considered and thereafter the cognizance was taken by Magistrate–Order does not suffer from any legal infirmity–Interference declined.
