23–Order of eviction, passed by SDM–Appreciation of–Petitioner is divorced daughter-in-law of respondent–Possession of the part of the house hold by respondent was given to her as licensee, may be at the time when her marriage was subsisting with the son of respondent–Now, the marriage does not subsist and both are stranger to each other–Therefore, petitioner cannot claim right of residence as against respondent-father-in-law–No error is found in the impugned order.
