Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21 & Sec. 151–Prayer to hand-over the possession with the things kept in it–Dismissal of–Suit was decreed in favour of respondent no. 1 and respondent no. 2 was directed to hand-over the possession to him–In the execution proceedings, petitioner was given the period of two years to vacate the premises–He did not comply the direction till the last date 16.08.2024–Possession was taken on 12.09.2024 by issuing a warrant of possession dated 02.09.2024–Due to typographical error, the date of possession was mentioned 19.09.2024 instead of 12.09.2024–Observation of Execution Court that the application for execution dated 27.08.2022 was not presented after a delay of twelve years–Petitioner was supposed to hand-over the possession in pursuance of compromise–It cannot be said that he was not having the consent for compromise–Held, the application was rightly rejected.
