Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Sec. 2(19)–Instrument of partition–A paper which is recording a fact of attempting to furnish evidence of an already concluded transaction under which the title has already been passed, cannot be treated to be the document of partition–Document by which any right or liability is or purports to created transferred limited, extended, extinguished or recorded would be the document of partition.
