Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 364, 302, 201, 212 & 120-B–Conviction–Sus-tainability–Material part of the testimony of PW 26 is full with omissions–Identification of accused by him is doubtful–Prosecution failed to produce the certificate u/s. 65-B of Evidence Act–Recovery of dead body cannot be said in pursuance of the information furnished u/s. 27 of Evidence Act–It is not possible to sustain the conviction of the accused on the basis of other recoveries–Confessions allegedly made by the accused while they were in custody, were not admissible in evidence–Prosecution failed to prove the offence beyond the reasonable doubt–Appellants are entitled to be acquitted.
