Closing of Evidence–Justification–Suit for specific performance–Petitioner could not lead the evidence as the agreement in question was returned to him for determination of deficient stamp duty and payment of same–Though the matter remained pending for 5½ years, yet the document remained pending for determination of proper stamp duty before concerned authorities during this period–Now when the document has been sufficiently stamped, one last opportunity should be granted to petitioner in interest of justice–Ordered accordingly.
