Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 341, 324 & 324/34–Findings of conviction by acquitting the appellants from the charge u/s. 307–Occurrence relates back to the year 2013–Appeal of State against the acquittal of appellants has been dismissed by this Court–Appellants have undergone a sufficient period of incarceration–They suffered the mental agony and trauma of trial–It would be just and proper to reduce the sentence up to the period of already undergone.
