Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 94 r/w. 138–Legal aspects of Section–Held, Section 94 impliedly requires that the notice has to be signed–If the notice is not signed by the sender, the receiver has no means of knowing whether the facts mentioned in the notice are true or false.
