Wakf Act, 1995–Sec. 83–Jurisdiction of Tribunal–Ambit of–Tribunal is to decide any dispute, question or other matter relating to a waqf property, even if it is related to eviction of a tenant or determination of rights and obligations of lessor and the lessee of such property.
