Electrocution–100% disablement to boy, aged four years–Compensation of Rs. 60 lacs, subject to condition that the amount of Rs. 30 lacs for loss of enjoyment of life, trauma, loss of future employment and pain and agony would be reverted back to respondent if the victim does not survive till the date of attaining majority–Condition is not legal and valid for the reason that once compensation amount awarded, it should go to claimant–Set aside–Other directions also issued.
