Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302/34–Conviction–Deceased suffered multiple injuries which show attack by more than one person–Hard and blunt object, as well as sharp edged weaon, was used to inflict injuries–Appellant was armed with lathi and other convicted accused was armed with axe–High Court appreciated the entire evidence to return a finding of guilt–Interference declined.
