Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 99–Scope–Any irregularity in any proceedings in a suit, not affecting the merits of the case, cannot be a reason to reverse or vary the decree or to remand the matter–Omission of not putting the initiate on the exhibits by the Presiding Officer can be termed only an irregularity which would not in any manner affect the merits of the case.
