Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Scope–While dealing with the application for rejection of plaint, Court is not competent to go into correctness or otherwise of the allegations contained in the plaint–Plaint can be rejected only, if from bare perusal of the statement in the plaint without any addition or substruction, it appears to be barred by law or it does not disclose the cause of action.
