Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 97–Revision against the issuance of patta–Dismissed–Petitioner failed to establish that the land in question is part of the way–Merely because no land towards either side of the land is vacant, it cannot be said that it was the part of the public way–Patta is showing that the land is surrounded on three sides by other lands and it is opening on the public way–Held, no merit is found in the petition.
