Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Secs. 151 & 152–Right of plaintiff to lead the evidence was closed–Application u/ss. 151 & 152 was also dismissed–Petitioner was given several opportunities–Suit was filed in the year 2007–Earlier, the trial Court had imposed the cost for producing the evidence–However, the petitioner may be given one opportunity on cost–Ordered accordingly.
