Permanent & Mandatory Injunction–Suit for–Partly decreed–First appeal filed by the plaintiff was dismissed–Instant second appeal–Trial Court rightly concluded that the defendants had right to use the disputed chowk for ingress and egress–Further, the defendants had not raised any door and parnalas, etc., and they are in existing since long–Looking to the privacy of the plaintiff, the Trial Court directed the plaintiff to raise a wall in front to ventilators, if need arises–Held, no illegality is found in the impugned judgment.
