Hindu Succession Act, 1956–Sec. 14(2)–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Scope–Sec. 14(2) specifically provides that the provisions of sub-clause 1 shall not apply to any property which is acquired by way of gift or Will–Property was acquired by S by virtue of Will–Suit was not barred, and application under Order 7, Rule 11 was rightly dismissed.
