Sec. 151–Application for amendment in prayer clause of the suit–Rejected–Suit for eviction–Petitioner sought for addition of relief of handing over the vacant possession–Such should have been granted by the learned trial Court–The addition of such prayer will only clarify the prayer clause of the petitioner without any prejudice to the respondent–Application deserves to be allowed.
