Motor Accident Claims–Permanent Disability–Tribunal assessed the 25% permanent disability which was reduced by the High Court up to 20%–Claimant suffered two fractures–He underwent a surgery in which plates and screws were implanted in his hands–As per disability certificate, he suffered 50% permanent disability–Reduction of compensation by reducing the disability was not required, particularly when there is no basis in support thereof–Award passed by the Tribunal deserves to be restored.
