Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 91–Application under–Dismissal of–Justification–Petitioner sought to produce the call details which were obtained by the Investigation Officer but not placed on record–These were relevant to confront the prosecutrix and pose the relevant questions–Observation of trial Court that the petitioner himself can obtain the call details is not proper as these are already available and mobile companies are not supposed to keep the call record beyond the period of one year–Application deserves to be allowed.
