Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–While dealing with the appeal against the ad-interim order, appellate Court was of view that the appeal was not maintainable–However, it confirmed the order passed by trial Court–Held, impugned order will not come in the way of trial Court while deciding the application for temporary injunction.
